This one is managed by someone who's generally rude and insecure. A typical know-it-all who is a big know-nothing...lol. They think its okay to NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY DO THEIR JOBS. IF YOU DON'T KNOW then you should say, hey I really don't know what to do maybe you should go to another store.
