  I've live here in PCB for 27 yrs and bank here with Regions for 9 years. I've all of my kids saving accounts all of my saving accounts and my business account (8 totals) with Regions.... But on December 6, 2016 I can't even get a car loan. Regions asked for every penny and dime I got, digging into all 1040 - 1099 just for a "Pre- qualification on a car loan). Took them 6 hours and still can't get paper work to go through. I end up with Tyndall Federal Credit Uninon with (Instant approval in 20 minutes over the phone, e-file, e - signed, and beats Regions by 1% for a car loan) October 2016, I Can't even get a Line of Credit out my own primary resident, to do any remodeling or repairs or up grade. Regions can not even loan a $30,000 for Line of Credit. My house have water damaged from the pipe bursts the bathroom, found out we had black mold. It's took us 6 months to fight with my insurance company. Now that my insurance company finally paid us, and reimbursed my money for the repairs, on January 10, 2017 Region decided to "Hold" my money and not releasing the check. They now wanted to get involved after many months that my family have gone through pain and suffering. I've lost my pregnancy while I was living in a moldy condition, Regions decided to ignore the situation the entire times, and refused to help me and my family, or giving any assistance. Now they are holding on to my check, just because they are my lien holder, now they think they are entitle the money. Bad management, poor lenders, no earned interest....Four time strikes ... is too many charms. Closing the accounts ASAP. Get a new lender and take the money elsewhere. Pete and Jeff is nice, but sorry I got to take my money elsewhere.
