- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You have to be very careful when dealing with this insurance company. They try to put useless money grabs in there on you. In my case, I explicitly told her NO on a $120 a year joke they call "Emergency protection plan". The girl put it on there anyway as I'm sure it is commissioned , in any case I didn't sign for it and when I called to have it removed they said they couldn't do it on the phone, go online. I went online they said I have to fax a signature saying I don't want it , I said I never signed to add it! They seriously said, yeah but you didn't sign to NOT add it. They said it was 3rd party and they cant remove it. Its like dealing with the mafia. If you have this added to your own policy, look at actually what it does. lol. nothing. SO I reported them to the Florida dept. of business and regulation as well as the BBB. I will see what happens. maybe there is a class action out there. I will be changing companies because of this theft.By M Dutchy, June 04, 2017
