  i wish I could give zero stars. They lose everything. our mail lately comes DAYS late. I have never had problems with my mail till this USPS. We ordered passports, and granted the passport office addressed them wrong, but USPS held on to them for weeks, couldn't find one, never found the other. My husband's naturalization certificate came back to us over a month after all this when they finally sent it back to where it came from. TRacking numbers all show they are at Panama City BEach post office but no one knows where anything is. i feel the more I complain, the worse my service becomes. And everyone on the phone says, sorry, nothing I can do. Oh, and yes they never answer their phone. EVER. Worst post office in America

  This post office is a complete joke. There is only one nice person that works in the office. As far as delivering your mail goes - half the time I don't even get a note in my box when I have a package come to me. Today, I had a package out for delivery and I've been home all day. Guess what I got? A note in my box to go pick it up Monday when the office opens. I walked out and met the postman who had my package IN HIS TRUCK and wouldn't give it to me. The mail carriers seem lazy to me. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. They never deliver packages, just hold them for pick up the next day, or better yet, mark them as delivered to "stop their clock" and then make you fret until it shows up. Talking to the supervisors does nothing, they don't seem to care either. Just wanted to add - 10/2/15 I saw one of your "customer service staff" yelling at an old man because he didn't hear the price of stamps the first time your employee said it. Disgusting.

  REPORT THEM!!! "You can contact the Postmaster General's main office by calling the main United States Postal Service customer contact number, 1-800-ASK-USPS. The mailing address of the Postmaster General is 475 L'Enfant Plaza, Washington DC 20260" ******Update on 04/24/2017****** The above information was taken off of their website. You cannot reach the Postmaster General at that number. In fact, I was on hold for almost 1/2 hour when I had to take another call and gave up. I recommend contacting them via mail. I am sending him the entire transcript below from everyone who has rated this office so far. ***************************************************** I am stunned by the horrific service at this post office. THIS IS THEIR JOB. My mail all goes to a guy who lives upstairs and I've been in there THREE times trying to fix it for a total of a little over 3 hours of standing in line. (The average wait time is listed as 15 minutes?!? Not even close.) They finally told me that they can't give me a mailbox and I have to share with the guy upstairs even though I have an actual LEASE proving I live in a different apartment. I've lived here for almost 2 months and this still isn't straightened out. I'm contacting the Postmaster General to look into this location - in all the places I've lived (and that is a LOT), I have never run across this level of incompetence and total lack of caring. I recommend that anyone with issues contact the Postmaster General and request that this site be investigated. I'm going to write...I'm sick of waiting for nobody to answer the phone. By the way, I've been in line for a little over 3 hours over 3 days and I can definitively say that THEY TOTALLY IGNORE THE PHONE. I WATCH THEM WALK RIGHT PAST IT WHILE IT IS RINGING. They are swamped but if they would do their jobs, then maybe so many people wouldn't have to GO IN to get help. Wish me luck. I'm about to go in AGAIN to see if they have the keys cut that I have to share with the guy upstairs because they won't give me my own mailbox. This should be illegal.... UPDATE: I went in (4th trip) only to be told that they don't assign mailboxes, that the place that sells the condos does. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THE FIRST TIME I WENT IN AND ASKED WHAT I HAD TO DO TO GET A MAILBOX...OR THE SECOND TIME WHEN I RETURNED THE PAPERWORK AND BROUGHT A COPY OF MY LEASE...OR HELL, EVEN THE THIRD TIME WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO COME BACK YET AGAIN FOR THE KEYS. Within ten minutes I had keys to my very own mailbox. That post office employs a bunch of idiots who don't know their jobs.

  You have to wonder how is this (or any) post office still in business? I get UPS/Fedex packages almost daily....seldom a problem. Post Office, problem every time, even when UPS "hand-off" occurs. I thought we were "draining the swamp", Hey Trump, start here at the PCB post office. With all their exceptional customer service skills, I am sure these folks would have no problem finding jobs else where.
